Charles Krebs, is a professor emeritus of population ecology in the University of British Columbia Department of Zoology.〔http://www.zoology.ubc.ca/~krebs/〕 He is also Thinker-in-residence at the Institute for Applied Ecology at the University of Canberra, Australia.
